Jack is an experienced private-practice Physiotherapist with a strong interest in sports, orthopaedic and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. He has experience with strength and conditioning and draws upon his experience in both fields to deliver a well-rounded treatment plan.

While Jack is skilled in managing all areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy, he has particular interest and experience in:
Knee pain - particularly disorders of the patellofemoral joint (anterior knee pain), patella dislocation, ligament injury, patella tendinopathy and meniscal injuries.
Shoulder pain - particularly impingement and instability associated injuries in contact athletes.
Ankle Pain – particularly acute sprains, Achilles tendinopathy and over-use injuries.
Muscle Injuries – Calf, Quadricep and Hamstring strain rehabilitation.
Orthopaedics - particularly ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair/debridement, Syndesmosis repair, ankle and shoulder arthroscopy.
Jack combines his strong diagnostic skills with treatment techniques including massage and joint mobilisation/manipulation.
He has expansive knowledge of exercise-based rehabilitation also and uses this to deliver a comprehensive rehabilitation plan.
