Stronger with BPP
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Introduction
Stronger with BPP is a physiotherapist-led, small-group strength and conditioning program designed to support safe, effective movement. Our sessions are delivered in a boutique gym environment and focus on building long-term strength, mobility, and confidence.
Classes are led exclusively by qualified physiotherapists and capped at a maximum of four participants to ensure personalised guidance. Stronger with BPP is suitable for people returning to exercise after injury, pregnancy, or time away from training, as well as those seeking a sustainable approach to strength training.
General Terms and Conditions
By booking and participating in any Stronger with BPP class, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be published on our website and/or booking platform, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Assumption of Risk
By participating in Stronger with BPP classes, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including physical exertion and the possibility of injury.
While sessions are led by qualified physiotherapists and designed to be safe and supported, risks may include (but are not limited to) muscle soreness, strains, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, falls, or other injuries.
You agree to follow all instructions provided by the physiotherapist and acknowledge that failure to do so may increase the risk of injury. You participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing during sessions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Medical Disclosure and Responsibility
You confirm that you are medically fit to participate and have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, injuries, physical limitations, or health concerns prior to attending a class.
You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to:
Inform the physiotherapist of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, post-partum status, or changes in health
Follow professional guidance provided during sessions
Stop exercising immediately and notify the physiotherapist if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
Stronger with BPP classes do not replace individual medical treatment or diagnosis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Stronger with BPP and Brisbane Physiotherapy and Podiatry are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from your participation in classes, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Class Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a booked session, cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to the class start time.
• Early cancellation (more than 3 hours prior): session credited back to your account
• Late cancellation (within 3 hours): session forfeited
• No show: session forfeited.
Cancellations must be made via the booking platform.
Waitlist Policy
If a class is fully booked, you’re welcome to add yourself to the waitlist via Momence.
How the waitlist works:
When a spot becomes available, all members on the waitlist will be notified via SMS at the same time
The available spot is offered on a “fastest fingers first” basis
The first person to book the spot through Momence secures the place
Once a waitlist notification is sent, the open spot will remain available for 60 minutes
If the spot is not booked within that time, it will become open for general booking
Important things to know
Being on the waitlist does not guarantee you a spot in the class
It’s your responsibility to monitor your email and/or Momence notifications
Please only join waitlists for classes you are genuinely able to attend
Standard cancellation and late-cancellation policies apply once you successfully book a waitlisted spot
We encourage members to check their availability before joining a waitlist so the process remains fair and smooth for everyone.
Arrival for classes
You must be in attendance and ready to participate in a group training class at the class start time specified in relation to the booking.
If you are not present by the class start time, we may give away your reserved spot to another member.
If you arrive more than five minutes late for your class, we reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the class and your class will be forfeited. This is for your safety; to make sure you can adequately warm up in the first block of class.
First time attendees must arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before the scheduled class time.

Participants are responsible for any personal property that they bring to the premises. Stronger with BPP and Brisbane Physiotherapy and Podiatry is not liable for any loss or theft of, or damage to, any personal property that participants brings to the premises, including any items stored in storage areas, except to the extent such loss, theft or damage is caused by Stronger with BPP and Brisbane Physiotherapy and Podiatry's negligence or wilful misconduct.
