    • 5 Class Pack must be used within 2 months from the date of purchase

    • 10 Class Pack must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase

    • Class packs cannot be paused, held or extended for any reason

    • Class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable

    • All sessions must be booked in advance, subject to class availability

    • Class Packs are limited to one class per day

    • Membership fees are charged via weekly direct debit

    • No split or partial week payments are available

    • Memberships commence with an initial 12-week minimum term, after which they continue on a rolling week-to-week basis

    • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable and no refunds are provided for unused time or sessions

    • Membership weeks run Monday to Sunday

    • Unused weekly sessions do not roll over to the subsequent week

    • Memberships are limited to one class per day

    • Memberships can be paused or cancelled at any time via the Momence app, subject to standard notice and billing cut-off times

  • Each session is physio designed and led and designed to give you an effective whole-body workout. Classes combine weights-based resistance training with mobility, balance, and functional movement to help you build strength, improve movement quality, and feel confident in your body. You’ll train in a small group of up to four participants, ensuring personalised guidance while enjoying the energy of training with others.

  • Our classes are suitable for people who want safe, supported strength training in a small-group environment.

    Classes are pre-programmed and run in a group setting, so they are not appropriate for complex injuries, acute pain, or conditions requiring highly individualised or ongoing 1:1 modifications. This helps us ensure each class runs smoothly and delivers value, attention and flow for everyone participating.

    If you’re unsure whether our classes are the right fit, we’re always happy to chat and help guide you toward the best option for you.

  • Our classes are physio-led, and every exercise is clearly explained and demonstrated before you do it. We’ll show you how to use the equipment, guide your technique, and support you throughout the session, so you can train with confidence, even if it’s your first time in a gym.

  • Wear comfortable workout clothes, supportive enclosed shoes, and bring a water bottle and a towel.

    There is storage for small personal effects (e.g., wallet, phone, keys) but not for large items.

    Children and pets are not permitted in the training space.

    All equipment is provided.

  • Yes, classes are eligible for private health rebates, depending on your individual health fund and level of cover.

    Sessions are paid for upfront. Following the completion of each class, you’ll be emailed an invoice that you can submit directly to your insurer to claim your rebate.

    Classes are billed under HICAPS item number 560, so we recommend checking with your health fund to confirm your eligibility and rebate amount.
